Drink plenty of fluids
Another important thing is getting rid of constipation is the intake of fluids. If you drink between 10-12 cups of fluids per day along with a high fiber diet will help you eliminate waste quickly.
Sedentary lifestyle will lead directly to constipation. On the other hand, if you exercise daily, and this may include swimming, walking and other low-impact exercises, will help your intestines work by stimulating your bowels.
Reduce iron supplements
Iron supplements may lead to constipation. Good nutrition may replace your iron needs during pregnancy, so, it’s better to take smaller iron doses throughout the day than taking it all at once.
