How to reduce cellulite appearance in 1 week

– coffee beans
– olive oil
– mixing spoon
– small bowl
– measuring cup
– microwave
– bubble wrap


1. Mix the coffee beans with about 1/4 cup of olive oil (or more if you wish) in a small bowl.

2. Place the mixture in the microwave for 10 seconds (in order to warm it a little).

3. Lie down and apply the mixture directly onto the affected areas. Use bubble wrap to secure the mixture to the skin. Be sure to massage it on your skin and let it act for 10 minutes.

4. Rinse with warm water. The caffeine reduces the pores and helps keeping your skin firm. Repeat the procedure at least twice a day for a week. To help reduce cellulite appearance for a beach day, take a cold bath. Let the water run as cold as possible and sit in the tub for 10 minutes in order to firm your skin.
