How To Get Rid Of Back Pain With This Breathing Exercise

We are talking about a breathing exercise that soothes your pain if you practice it regularly. When your back hurts, stretch or stand in a comfortable position and touch your front teeth with the tip of your tongue. Breathe through your mouth and produce a small whistle.

The next step is to close your mouth and slowly breathe through your nose, counting to 4. Hold your breath as you count up to 7 then expire through your mouth for 8 seconds. Inspire and repeat this process three times and you’ll slowly see how the back pain will be gone.
