5 DIY natural skin scrubs

– 2 puréed strawberries

– 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar

Mix the ingredients and add a little oil if they don’t bind well.

Sugar and olive oil scrub
This scrub is for sensitive skin. Sugar is less abrasive than salt because it dissolves easily and is gentle for dry skin.

– 3 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 tablespoon of sugar
– 2 drops of rose essential oil

With the mixture resulted from the above ingredients massage your skin gently for 3 minutes, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with warm water.

Honey and brown sugar scrub
Normal skin needs a scrub with gentle action. Brown sugar is the softest and honey will help moisturize the skin.

– 2 tablespoons of honey
– 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

Grease your skin with this paste, leave it on for 15 minutes and remove it with warm water jets, alternating with some cold water.
