Leg cramps occur when a muscle is contracted involuntarily and forcefully, unable to relax.
Almost every person will suffer at a time of leg cramps. These may occur during sleep or during exercise.
Muscle fatigue or intense exercise is a common cause of muscle cramps. Other common causes include a sedentary lifestyle or dehydration.
1. Remedy with apple cider vinegar and honey
Put 1 teaspoon of apple vinegar and 1 tablespoon of honey into a glass of hot water and mix well. Drink this remedy warm 2-3 times a day for 1 week. You’ll see that these annoying leg cramps will disappear.
2. Remedy with lemon
In the morning and evening, put on the soles compresses with lemon slices or lemon juice for 10-15 days. Lemon juice should dry well before socks are placed. This method often cures cramps forever.
3. The mechanical remedy
When the muscle cramps occur, you have to put all your weight on the affected leg and the pains will diminish immediately.
