Vinegar is one of the most effective ingredients that can help you get rid of unpleasant feet odor as it creates an environment where bacteria can’t survive. You only need ½ cup of vinegar to 6 cups of hot water. Soften your feet in this solution in a basin for 10-15 minutes and then wash them with soap. Repeat the procedure 7 days in a row, before bedtime and the unpleasant smell will disappear.
2. Baking soda
Baking soda reduces bacteria and neutralizes pH. All you have to do is to add baking soda in warm water (1 tablespoon for every 250 ml of water) and then dip your feet in the solution for 15-20 minutes. Repeat this treatment every night. You can apply baking soda in your socks or shoes, before wearing them.
Ginger is a great option to get rid of smelly feet, with the effect of removing toxins and bacteria. Prepare a puree of a medium ginger root and mix it in a cup of hot water for 10-15 minutes. Use filter paper to squeeze the solution. Use the liquid to massage your feet every night before going to bed, but after you’ve taken a shower. Repeat this treatment for 2 weeks in a row.
