The thin waist was associated with the symbol of beauty and sensuality even from ancient times. If in ancient times women were wearing those tight corsets, nowadays you can get a thin waist less painfully – with exercises.
And what would you say if you can get rid of love handles and get a thin waist with only 2 exercises? Well, this is actually possible!
Lie down on the floor with your arms beneath your head. Raise your head a bit and then raise your knees at your chest. Keep your abdomen tense during this time then lie again in the floor. Your legs and arms should remain up. Repeat 10-15.
Keep the start position from the first exercise. This time you’ll workout the oblique abdominal muscles. So when you get up, you need to twist the trunk a little and touch the knee with the opposite knee. To work out better your waist, move your elbow in the outside of your body. Perform 10 repetitions for each leg, working alternately.
Do these exercises at least 3 or 4 times a week and you’ll get a thinner waist! You will surely impress others when you wear a crop top or bathing suit.
