Herbs With Antibiotic Effect To Get Rid Of UTI

Urinary tract infection or pyelonephritis is a kidney disorder often manifested by the presence of bacteria. Generally, kidney infections occur in association with upper urinary tract infections.
Many medicinal herbs are effective in preventing and treating kidney infection, and they successfully complete the medical treatment diet.

Jasmine – is very active in kidney infections. Add 2 teaspoons of crushed jasmine flowers to 250 ml of boiling water. Cover the cup for 10 minutes and then strain. Drink 3 cups a day or take sitz baths.

Blueberries – the leaves contain enough tannin with a strong natural antibiotic action. Place 2 teaspoons of
crushed leaves in 250 ml of water. Boil for 5 minutes and then strain. You can drink 3 cups of tea per day or take sitz baths.

Nettle – put 2 teaspoons of crushed plant into 250 ml of water. Boil for 5 minutes then strain. Drink 3-4 cups a day internally. It is also very useful for sitz baths.

Walnut leaves – add 2 teaspoons of crushed leaves to 250 ml of water. Boil for 10 minutes and then strain. You can consume 3 cups a day.

Thyme – 1 teaspoon of thyme to 250 ml of boiling water. Cover for 15 minutes then strain. Drink 3-4 cups a day. In the evening prepare another infusion and take a sit bath.

Marigold – put 2 teaspoons of chopped flowers in 250 ml of boiling water. Cover for 10 minutes and then strain. Drink 3 cups a day. For sitz baths use more flowers.

Cranberry
– the leaves are indicated in most kidney disorders, because this herb has very high antibiotic action. Place 2 teaspoons of crushed leaves into 250 ml of boiling water. Cover for 10 minutes and then strain. Drink 3 cups a day.
