Cleanse Your Lungs With The Most Effective Preparation

The lungs of a smoker and even an ex-smoker are filled with harmful substances such as acetone used for removing nail polish, acetic acid, arsenic, benzene, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde and many other substances found in mice poisons, external cosmetic products and cleaning products.

Ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder
– 1 ginger root
– 400 grams of onion
– 400 grams of raw sugar
– 1 liter of spring water

Method of preparation:
Mix the sugar with water and put them to boil at medium heat. Then, cut the ginger root and onion and add them to boil, too. When it starts to simmer, turn the stove on low heat and add the turmeric. Let the preparation to boil until it’s reduced at half.

After is cooled, put the preparation in a jar in the refrigerator and take 1 teaspoon every morning on an empty stomach and 2 teaspoon in the evening, before bedtime, 2 hours after dinner.
